Carroll EMC recently completed a cost-of-service study as part of our ongoing mission to provide safe, reliable, and affordable electric service to our membership. The study indicated the need for a system-wide 2.2% rate adjustment that will go into effect on February 1, 2010. |
As a non-profit electric membership cooperative, we strive to keep costs down for our members. Our last general rate adjustment occurred in 2005. The current rate adjustment will have only a modest impact on most members and the average member will see little or no impact on their bill. |
