Notice of PURPA Hearing
In compliance with the standards set forth in the Public Utilities Regulatory Policies Act (PURPA) of 1978 as amended by the Energy and Independence and Security Act of 2007, Carroll EMC will conduct a public hearing beginning at 9 A.M. on Wednesday, April 8, 2009, in Carroll EMC’s auditorium located at 155 N. Highway 113, Carrollton, GA.
